I'm a multimedia journalist focused on the intersection of sports and esports. Virtual and physical sports are overlapping, from the ownership groups, to the players, to the way organizations and broadcasts are being run.
To that end, I am a freelance writer who approaches the esports industry through a traditional sports lens. I have published articles for SportTechie, National Football Post and Blazer5 Gaming, among others. Since I wrote my first article in August of 2017, I have published over 150 articles for ten different sites.
While earning a degree from the University of Oregon, I ran, produced and occasionally anchored the student broadcast program Duck TV Sports and hosted sports radio shows at KWVA 88.1 FM. My other work in multimedia has included guest hosting an international radio show and running a podcast for an esports organization.
This site provides examples of my work. If you have a story, don't hesitate to reach out. Or if you just want to talk esports, give me a call. I truly enjoy explaining to sports fans why they should naturally be interested in esports.
